Public Interest Litigation
At times there are issues which affect us collectively and not just individually. Yet, no one comes forth to take up the challenge. And at some other times, the details of a given matter are so obscure, and even hidden, that no one takes notice or gets alarmed. And still at other occasions, the challenge at hand is so huge – or complex – that it is not in the power of an individual to come up to the task. The Nexus would not fail its fellow countrymen on all such times. We would come forth, muster the required resources, and knock the doors of the relevant forum. After all,the first step towards gaining justice is seeking justice!
