Eligibility Criteria
The Nexus provides legal aid to individuals and communities who lack the financial means or institutional support to pursue justice.
Applicants must demonstrate that their issue involves a matter of public interest, human rights violation, or denial of access to justice.
Priority is given to women, children, persons with disabilities, minorities, and marginalized communities.
Cases with broader social impact or potential for legal or policy reform are also encouraged.
There shall be a reasonable chance of success. This ensures the responsible use of our volunteer and funded resources.
