A group of Pakistani professionals who are passionate about reforming the Pakistani society. We wish to see a peaceful and progressive Pakistan, where rights of every citizen are ensured – more so for the marginalised communities, where good governance is a norm and not an exception, where basic facilities are provided to all and sundry, where rule of law holds supreme, where even the animals and plants are treated with love and compassion, where the people care for the earth and not merely exploit it for their gains. Sorrowfully, this is not the case at the moment – we are not even close. Surely, this was not the country we had vied for – for us as well as for our generations. Yet, if not us, who else would take the plunge to put it right? And if not now, then when? Seventy-seven years down the lane, while others are gaining new heights, we do not even seem to have started our journey yet. Our destination therefore might seem too ambitious at the moment - and the path to it long and arduous and riddled with too many obstacles and roadblocks - yet we are not overwhelmed by the challenges at hand. In fact, as they say, when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
